Van Conversion Project Planner

Bring your van conversion plans together in one place.

This customisable Notion project planner helps you organise the details, manage your timeline and keep track of your budget, so you can spend less time juggling information and more time moving your build forward.

Designed to support your project in three key ways:

• Keep everything together: Collect your inspiration, useful resources and key documents in one organised space, ready when you need them.
• Plan your build: Set deadlines, break bigger jobs into manageable tasks and track your progress towards your target completion date.
• Track your budget: See what you’ve spent, plan upcoming purchases and know how much you have left.

Make it work for you. The whole template is customisable, so you can delete what you don’t need, move things around and adapt it to the way you like to plan.

This is a project-planning tool, not a van conversion guide. It won’t tell you how to build your van, but it gives you a place to organise and manage the project from first ideas to final tasks.

Please note: If you’re using the free version of Notion, the template’s charts won’t be available, but you can still use all the databases as intended. The charts simply help visualise your information and aren’t essential to using the planner.

Digital Notion template. No physical product will be shipped.
